Terms & Conditions

The terms on which we sell our kits. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

    Step 1

    Who you are buying from

    These kits are sold under the Roofingqt brand — a New Zealand cleaning-tools brand built on the roofing experience of Roofing Services QT Limited (NZBN 9429034826102, NZ Company No. 1622685).

    The operating entity, contact details and registered address are set out on our Contact and About pages.

    Your card statement will show ROOFINGQT KIT.

    Products & pricing

    All prices are in US dollars (USD) and are exclusive of taxes and shipping unless stated, which are shown at checkout before you pay.

    We describe each kit and its contents as accurately as we can. Product images are representative. We may correct errors in pricing or descriptions before accepting your order.

    Orders & acceptance

    Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, mispriced, or cannot be shipped compliantly to your destination — and will refund any payment taken.

    Safety & acceptable use

    Our kits are designed for ground-level use. You must follow the safety guidance provided with each kit and on our Safety page, including chemical-handling and solar-panel precautions. You use the kits at your own risk where you choose not to follow that guidance.

    Returns, refunds & cancellation

    Our Returns & Refunds policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or other mandatory consumer law.

    Liability

    To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any kit is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not liable for injury or damage resulting from misuse, from climbing or working at height contrary to our guidance, or from failure to follow chemical or electrical safety instructions.

    Resolving disputes

    If something goes wrong, please contact us first at support@roofingservicesqt.com. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days and will work with you to put it right — a refund, replacement or other remedy as appropriate. Most issues are resolved this way.

    If we cannot resolve it together, you may raise the matter with your payment provider's resolution process or pursue your rights under applicable consumer law.

    Step 8

    Acceptable use of payments

    You agree not to use our store or payment methods for any unlawful purpose. We process payments through third-party providers and comply with their acceptable-use rules.

    Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts, without limiting any mandatory consumer-law rights you have in your country of residence.
